Easter Sunday Baptism FAQ's

I want to get baptized on Easter Sunday, what do I do?

Step one is simply register for the baptism happening at your campus (registration buttons above).

Is there a class or orientation that I have to go to?

No. Instead there is an orientation video for you to view before your baptism. The video link will be sent to you after you register for baptism.

What time will baptisms take place?

Baptisms will happen during every service on Easter Sunday. They will be toward the end of service. We ask each person that is being baptized to simply check-in at the Baptism table at the Main Lobby at Glendale Campus or in the courtyard at Phoenix Campus.

What should I wear when I am baptized?

Wear a swimsuit/shorts/pants, and a t-shirt. Ladies, please wear conservative clothing and light make up. Avoid white or light-colored tops that become translucent when wet. Bring a change of clothes, towel, and a plastic bag for your wet clothes.

Will I have time to change clothes?

You can either come to church dressed in your baptism clothes or you can bring your baptism clothes with you and change in a restroom at Catalyst Church before service begins.

Can my young child get baptized?

At CATALYST CHURCH we want everyone who gets baptized to understand this step of faith and obedience. We encourage children to wait until they are around 13 years old to be baptized.
